The terrace was a nice touch, but we had no hot water during our stay.

The terrace in the Double Room offers a nice touch for enjoying fresh air. The layout provides a decent amount of space for relaxing.
Dealing with no hot water was a major letdown during the entire stay, not to mention a frustrating power outage caused by a blown fuse when trying to use the hair dryer. The room offered no temperature control, leaving it uncomfortably cold with just one glass available in the washroom. A full-length mirror or larger mirror was noticeably absent, and the lack of a fridge or additional plug sockets made it inconvenient as well.

Really enjoyed my stay at John Street Stays! The apartment was beautiful with new furnishings, and the shower was great for a refreshing wash. Just a heads up, the noise from nearby bars can be loud on weekends, so pack some earplugs. a solid spot!

the bathroom lacked a shower head, which was just delightful. I also suffered with no hot water the entire stay, what a treat! I was hoping for a courtesy upgrade or at least a cup of coffee on the house after all that nonsense, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

had a nice, peaceful stay. room was spacious and very modern, perfect for my concert just a 5 min walk away. also, the terrace was great for chillin' and catching some fresh air. plenty of pubs and a cool lil cafe nearby for breakfast made it even better.
only downside was noise from nearby bars on weekends and the lack of control over the room heating.
